What Siren does

Every kid gets a fair run.
Basketball subs roll at every dead ball. At each interval Siren lines up the kids whose turn on court evens out the minutes. Send them to the table, tap On at the whistle, and the minutes stay right without you counting.

Over the game and the season Siren moves kids through guard and forward, so nobody spends the year parked under the ring. Younger teams just play equal minutes with a ball handler on. Older teams give kids a home line, or fill all five positions, 1 to 5.

Tap Foul on a player and Siren keeps the count on their tile. One away from fouling out, their count turns amber and the next sub takes them off first. At five they foul out: Siren takes them out of the rotation for the game and asks who comes on.

Siren starts each age at a junior format: 2 × 20-minute halves on a running clock, a short game with no score at Under 8, and no 3-pointers until Under 12. Your association plays 4 × 10 quarters? Set it once for the team.
